§1 — Scope

These Terms apply to all digital products and services offered through analystvault.org.

Products: PDF Expert Guides, Excel Workbooks, and AI-graded Case Simulations.

Provider: Mohammed Hakimi, Schwalbenstraße 15, 63263 Neu-Isenburg, Germany.

The contract is formed when the user completes the purchase and payment is processed via Stripe.

A valid registration and login is required.

Upon completion, the user receives a confirmation email.

All prices in EUR, final prices including all applicable taxes.

Per §19 UStG, no VAT is charged separately (small business regulation).

Prices subject to change. Completed orders retain the purchase price.

Digital delivery: Instant access upon confirmed payment.

Access via the personal account dashboard. No physical shipping.

Pursuant to §356(5) BGB, the right of withdrawal expires upon immediate delivery of digital content with the consumer’s express consent.

Before purchase, the user must confirm:

Simple, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use.

No redistribution, resale, or publication.

One account per person. No sharing of login credentials.

Maximum 2 concurrent sessions per account.

Liability limited to intent and gross negligence.

No guarantee of specific learning outcomes or career advancement.

AI grading serves educational purposes only — not professional certification.

Targeted uptime: 99.5% (no SLA).

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

In case of discrepancies between German and English, the German version prevails.
